    誰說LC 500不會跑?LEXUS靠它稱霸日本Super GT

相較於Le Mans及方程式賽車,雖說房車賽賽車在造型上看似較不具未來前衛感,但卻因多採用市售車型為基礎修改而來,相對顯得「親民」許多。雖說台灣賽車運動不算盛行,不過北方的日本倒是頗為熱衷,甚至擁有足以和德國房車賽(DTM)並稱之Super GT房車錦標賽。

Super GT之最高級別為GT500級,並由TOYOTA/LEXUS、HONDA及NISSAN三家車廠分別以LC 500、NSX及GT-R相互爭奪,而今年賽季分別擁有6輛、5輛及4輛之陣容。值得一提的是,前兩款車型均以今年賽季作為新手年度,並以強勢的表現繳出相當亮眼的成績。

Super GT 2017年度賽季自今年4月起正式起跑,而截至本月前,其GT500級別一律由TOYOTA集團專為賽事所開發的LEXUS LC 500賽車完全制罷!不過,作為其死對頭,HONDA NSX也不是省油的燈,於上周末於富士賽道上奪得起跑桿位和冠軍獎盃,一舉中斷了LC 500專美於前的情況。

2017賽季如今已進行五場,並由LC 500及NSX分別奪得4勝及1勝,而距離賽季告終仍有3站要跑。雖說目前並未有原廠車隊加入賽事,但外界認為較具迎面的前三個私人車隊均採用LC 500賽車,給了TOYOTA集團再度稱霸賽事的信心!

日本Super GT除了高階的GT500級別外,也有較為入門的GT300等級。過去,NISSAN曾多次以不同版本的GT-R賽車囊括兩級別賽事之總冠軍;不過去年則由同為TOYOTA集團的LEXUS RC F及TOYOTA 86分別奪下GT500和GT300兩級別之年度冠軍!
