在2015年英國車廠RANGE ROVER推出全球首款敞篷SUV車型，這是顛覆SUV車型的設計風格，打破一般人對SUV車型厚重的印象，但是該車的售價為新台幣165萬元起，雖然說是一個特殊的產品，但該車的售價是許多買家無法入手的理由，日本車廠HONDA近日將自家的CR-V做了整形手術，打造首款敞篷CR-V。
近日的休旅車風潮，是目前全球車壇最大的話題，為了要吸引年輕族群也推出了跨界休旅這個選擇，無論是哪種階級的品牌都搭上了這股休旅風潮。
但英國車廠RANGE ROVER推出一個大膽的作品，推出第一款敞篷SUV，該車的出現打破以往對SUV的映象，不只是讓車主可以在一般道路乘風破浪，該車廠的優越越野性能也可以讓車主在山林中享受森林浴。
也許日本車廠HONDA是想效仿該車，讓自家的CR-V做了整容手術，將該車的B、C柱和車頂切除，打造出自家第一款敞篷SUV車型，這樣大膽的改裝讓該車呈現不一樣的風格。
難道該車廠HONDA真的要推出敞篷的CR-V嗎？其實這只是一個小玩笑，原廠表示並沒有要量產敞篷CR-V車型的打算，我們可以說該車是被砍一半的車款，原廠也表示該車也將在4月1日愚人節以訂價的一半開始販售，雖然這是車廠開的小玩笑，但這個小玩笑讓該車廠再次成為車壇上熱門話題。
