Honda Taiwan了不得！CR-V去年賣到翻，今年還要賣割草機、發電機、農耕機……

大家可能在等待2018年，Honda Taiwan會拿出甚麼驚人的菜單，3月30日2018年新春記者會中，台灣本田（Honda Taiwan）要公布年度新策略，擺出的竟是割草機、農耕機、發電機、汎用的馬達等機具，難道台灣本田要賣這些? 當然是的！HONDA在1962年才開始製造汽車，1953年他們就生產製造動力產品。台灣HONDA今年成立動力事業部門，將開始進口這些動力商品。
根據台灣本田動力事業部門主管所說，這些動力機具其實和車主或一般民眾生活息息相關，除了農用或園藝用的動力機具，像是發電機，有多種規格，在天災時可以是供家庭備用電力，近年露營風氣盛行，這種小型可攜式發電機低噪音，也是露營休閒時必備的行頭。另外還有汎用型的馬達，這種小引擎可接上傳動系統，用途甚廣，像是Go-Kart卡丁車。而未來還會導入更多商品，像是小船的舷外機等。
Honda Taiwan董事長伊藤隆表示，Honda Taiwan今年成立15周年，四輪事業成立15年累計販售台數達到36萬台；而從重機起步的二輪事業，雖然成立只有3年，累計販售台數也已達4,700台。在售後服務部分， 15年來四輪的服務台數，累計達800萬台；二輪的服務台數，累計達3.2萬台。
對Honda Taiwan而言， 2018年將是更加充滿挑戰的ㄧ年。四輪部份在2017所有車款都已完戰力提升，今年將不會有全新車款推出，但會讓Honda Sensing主動安全防護科技逐一普及到各車型上，今年四輪的年販售目標40,000台，挑戰18%年成長率。二輪部份會再加擴大產品線的完整性。今年也會導入中古車原廠認証服務，2018年的年販目標3,200台的，挑戰30%年成長率。另外，從4月1日起，Honda Taiwan開始展開Power Product動力事業，將引進各種動力產品。
2017年第3季導入全新一代CR-V，並且加了Honda Sensing主動安全輔助系統，買氣爆增，迄今仍有千張訂待消化，Honda Taiwan已調整產線，將加速交車，另外，熱銷的跨界休旅HR-V，由於國外已發表年度改款新車，不過台灣要等到2019年初才會進行改款。
