實踐產學合作，HONDA與中山工商、正修科大聯手成立就業導向專班

HONDA Taiwan自2002年成立以來、持續提供台灣市場高品質的商品、技術、服務；秉持永續深耕的決心，投入多項公益事業，善盡企業公民責任。為了協助提升國內汽車產業服務體系的人才育成發展，2019年3月起、與鄰近HONDA屏東工廠的技職學校「中山工商」及「正修科大」三方攜手合作，成立「就業導向專班」。

「就業導向專班」學生除可獲得優渥實習津貼及獎助學金外，讓畢業生順利銜接就業，並可同時就讀機械系進修部取得大學學歷，達到落實雙方倡導的「學以致用、做學相長」的技職教育目標。

此外，本回更捐贈旗下最暢銷車款CR-V共2輛，提供給中山工商技職院校之莘莘學子做為技術研習使用。HONDA Taiwan希望透過此產學合作計劃，以孕育及培養出更多汽車修護技職人才，讓學子們能將理論與實務有效結合。本計劃於3月由「台灣本田汽車」總經理万年博之與「中山工商」董事長陳國清、校長林昭億，並合種一株茶花完成車輛捐贈儀式。

Honda Taiwan深耕台灣已邁入第18個年頭，成立初期即於屏東工廠設立教育訓練中心，對全國HONDA Cars技術人員實施由本田技研所設計、全球一致標準化的嚴格訓練；今後，更將著力於產學接軌，以提供顧客高品質且一致性的服務。

HONDA Taiwan致力協助汽車工業技職人材的育成及發展，長期以來與教育部協力推動「產學合作」計劃，除與全省多所院校合作辦理儲備人才引薦就業媒合，提供年輕學子就業機會外，2014年1月起更配合教育部所推展的「技職再造計劃」，擴大與多所技職學校合作，捐贈旗下熱銷車款做為學子養成及磨練汽車修護技能使用，讓莘莘學子可於在學期間透過理論與實務的結合達到產學接軌，提升未來投入職場的競爭力。

而3月成立的「就業導向專班」，錄取正職專班學生共40名，在實習期間將由台灣本田汽車安排交通車接送、專人指導專業技術。此外，專班學生於實習期間除了可領取每日八百元津貼外、更可獲得每日250元膳雜費及每學期4,500元獎助學金；專班學生畢業後至台灣本田汽車就業滿3個月，還可申請1萬元就業獎勵金。以實際行動落實產學接軌，朝向成為「社會所期待存在的企業」而努力。
