交通部公布第一季TNCAP臺灣新車安全評等，Tesla Model 3 與Honda HR-V各獲4 和5顆星

由於測試能量有限，TNCAP臺灣新車安全評等所公布的結果往往不夠即時，對於台灣消費者購車的助益不大，但對於車商去改良販售車款，提升車輛安全性，總會有一定程度的刺激效果。交通部今（28）日公布 TNCAP 今年第一季車輛安全撞擊測試第一及第二順位受評車型的評等結果，Tesla Model 3和Honda HR-V各自獲得五顆星和四顆星的評等。

交通部指出，113 年依序公告 6 車型 TNCAP 評等結果後，針對今(114)年第一季二車型（TESLA MODEL 3 及 HONDA HR-V），執行機構財團法人車輛安全審驗中心依「交通部執行臺灣新車安全評等作業要點」及「交通部臺灣新車安全評等規章」執行 TNCAP 主動、被動安全評等試驗，辦理完成計分，轉換星級評等，結果說明如下，本次揭露二車型評等詳細內容可至 TNCAP 專屬網站參閱相關安全資訊(網址https://www.tncap.org.tw/SafetyRatings/)：
一、 TESLA MODEL 3 於四大安全領域得分率中分別獲得成人保
護 97%、兒童保護 89%、行人保護 77%及安全輔助 79%，依
據星級評等平衡標準規定，MODEL 3 車型整體星級評等為五
顆星（詳附圖 1）。
二、 HONDA HR-V 於四大安全領域得分率中分別獲得成人保護
81%、兒童保護 69%、行人保護 79%及安全輔助 68%，依據
星級評等平衡標準規定，HR-V 車型整體星級評等為四顆星
（詳附圖 2）。
交通部表示，TNCAP 持續秉持公平、公正與公開客觀的立場辦理各項作業，並建立公信力持續帶動提升國內車輛安全性能水平，預計今年 6 月底前會繼續公布二車型(NISSAN SENTRA 及 TOYOTA VIOS)的安全評等結果，讓國內民眾購車時有客觀的安全參考依據，期盼國內車輛業者能主動申請 TNCAP 自費評等，支持 TNCAP 永續經營發展，並提供國人更多車輛安全資訊。
