愛之深，責之切？HONDA第九代Civic是好是壞銷售量見真章！

先前AutoNet汽車日報曾為讀者報導，眾所矚目的第九代Civic在美國購車權威網站Consumer Reports各項評選中，平均分數僅有61分（對比：2006 Civic EX 平均78分），不僅在各項評選項目中墊底，甚至未出現在推薦名單。消息一出，不僅HONDA大表不滿，美國消費者也抱持懷疑觀望態度。近日Consumer Reports再度發出新聞稿，聲明他們的評價並非空穴來風。

第八代Civic深獲美國消費者喜愛，在Consumer Reports和KBB多項評比名列前茅。

Consumer Reports表示，他們能理解HONDA的不解與不滿，但所有評選都是經過嚴格且長時間道路測試，具有一定可信度。大部分HONDA車款，如Fit、Odyssey，仍保有可靠、省油的優點，但只有這些是不夠的；不可否認的是，HONDA近年來發表的作品已經失去過往的競爭力，尤其是第九代Civic仍存在著煞停距離過長、轉向過度、廉價的內裝質感、乘坐舒適感差、標配不足，選配項目又太少，以致於消費者買不到想要的配備。更重要的是，一直以來HONDA為人詬病的噪音問題仍未見改善，寧靜度不佳、行車噪音過大；至於HONDA一向強調的駕馭樂趣與操控表現，在Civic上也不復見。Consumer Reports認為，FORD、HYUNDAI、KIA很多車款都有省油、可靠的優點，操控表現也不比HONDA差，售價還比HONDA來得低。最近10年來，Civic拿下5次Consumer Reports的〝Top Picks〞首選車型，但對第九代Civic來說，Consumer Reports實在無法建議消費者將辛苦賺來的錢，拿來買一輛還不夠好的車。
另一個提供新車和二手車購買資訊頗具權威性的美國KBB網站，於2009年選出年度焦點新車排行榜時，第八代Civic高居第二名；2010年評選〝10 Coolest Cars Under $18,000〞，第八代Civic也在排名內；但KBB近日公布適合學生族群的十大優質代步車，第九代Civic竟未出現在名單中！此次評選未將第九代Civic列入，是否代表KBB也認為Civic還不夠好？
以往美國消費者對Civic有著很高的評價，認為Civic相當適合學生、上班族群作為代步通勤使用。但這次兩大購車網站對第九代Civic評價皆不高，HONDA的不滿是可想而知。或許Consumer Reports和KBB是本著「愛之深，責之切」的心態，因此對於第九代Civic進步幅度不大感到失望。但是否會影響到消費者購買Civic的意願，就等銷售報告揭曉了！
