花小錢買好車看這裡！美國評鑑機構發表「10輛1.8萬美金以下最酷車款」車單

美國知名的車輛估價機構Kelly Blue Book，在日前宣布了「10 Coolest Cars Under $18000」車單，包含HONDA Fit、Civic，及FORD Fiesta、KIA Soul、VW Soul、MAZDA3多輛美、日、韓、德各國品牌車型上榜。

Kelly Blue Book（KBB）評鑑機構，是美國最具公信力的車輛估價資訊民間單位，每個星期KBB都會依據各車款的市場價值，將最新的新車交易價格，以及不同年份二手車的即時行情，公布在官網上。KBB的鑑價流程非常詳細完善，舉例來說，若二手車配備鐵圈，是否有輪圈蓋都會影響到鑑價結果，因此除了車商以外，連金融保險及政府機構，在鑑定車輛價格時都以KBB的資料為參考。

在車價18000元美金以下，10款最酷車型的KBB榜單中，第10名為FIAT 500，KBB推薦給嚮往歐洲生活的車主，開著它到最近的鵝卵石街道並在人行道上喝杯義式Espresso。第9名為SUBARU Impreza，入榜原因在於是此價位中唯一標配AWD四驅底盤的車款。第8名為CHEVROLET Sonic，能夠兼具都市道路的操控樂趣，以及高速駕駛的舒適性，價格也是同級車中最低的。

第7名為台灣也買得到的HONDA Fit車型，全新的設計融合了優異的乘坐品質，及載運物品的多功能表現，同時擁有討人喜歡的個人特色。第6名則為FORD Fiesta，以大膽的外型風格及歐洲水準的優異底盤，展現多面向的吸引力。第5名為HONDA Civic，同時也是KBB推薦的「2015最佳小型車」，品質可靠、質感精緻是KBB推薦的原因。

第4名是2014年全新推出的車系JEEP Renegade，對喜歡突破常規、熱愛挑戰的車主來說，這款Mini SUV能夠滿足你的需求。榜單的季軍為KIA Soul，優秀的整體設計水準是上榜重點，同時具備搶眼外型及超越同級車的功能性。亞軍為VW Golf，這款全新設計的第7代車型提供了歐洲水準的操控表現及內裝風格，同時擁有價格及油耗優勢，與掀背車的便利性。

冠軍則是近來在台灣也很夯的MAZDA3，兼具一流的駕駛樂趣、內裝質感及科技風格，因此再度登上此價格帶中最酷車型的衛冕者寶座！

檢視這項最酷車型的推薦清單，即使是台灣能夠買得到的產品，也因為國產或進口的不同身份，而在價格上有不小差距。但不論如何，能登上車單就代表，具備優秀的整體產品力，是購車時不易出錯的選擇。值得一提的是，在台灣所向無敵的TOYOTA，卻沒有任何一款車上榜，這點值得台灣消費者反思，是否國外車主所注重的，並非皮椅、DVD等這些與操控或安全無關的配備，而更關心與車輛本質有關的內在設計。
