由HONDA北美設計中心、並在美國生產的Element，雖然產品定位接近SUV，卻是一部充滿生活樂趣的交通工具，此車在日本採用回銷方式進行販售，日本原廠更針對外觀與安全配備作修正，推出小改款車型。
經過小改款的Element，基本上與先前並沒有太大差別，不過原廠針對門窗與車門飾板造型全部都重新設計，並增加排氣尾管套，以強調運動個性化風格；另外內裝配備方面，更增添攸關生命的安全帶蜂鳴器與警示燈，這項行頭成為Element標準配備。至於車身顏色，鐵灰色將從產品線完全消失。
