原本沿用七代Civic底盤衍生的六人座雙排轎旅車HONDA FRV，日前歐洲本田宣布追加新動力！
這款以特殊的雙排六人座為訴求的中型轎旅車款，可以說是歐洲轎旅市場上，除了FIAT Multipla之外唯一的競爭對手，也創下日系歐規休旅車款的新紀錄，而隨著銷售逐步進入穩定的狀態，日前歐洲本田也宣布，全新2007年式的 FRV歐規車款，將全面換上八代Civic車系的動力系統！
將成為歐規FRV汽油新主力的1.8升引擎，本體就與台灣本田在台投產的車款相同，不過真對歐規嚴格的環保排廢法規進行調校，這具iVTEC引擎的最大馬力為140hp，峰值扭力則為17.7kgm，至於售價方面，搭載全新1.8升iVTEC引擎的FRV車款，售價將比原有搭載舊款1.7升引擎的2006年式車款，增加約231歐元。
至於原有的歐規柴油動力系統，依舊維持2.2升的CTDi共軌柴油引擎配置。
