買車救地球！環保署評選2010年環保汽機車結果出爐

被「不願面對的真相」和「正負二度C」嚇到了嗎？為了避免台灣真正成為全球氣候變遷的第一批難民，消費者可以做的其實很簡單，就是選擇最能節能減碳的環保車款，讓開車造成的污染降到最低。環保署近日評選出的2010年共十六種環保汽機車車款，就是最佳選擇！
零排放5人座小轎全電動車NISSAN Leaf，具備完整的家庭需求且同時擁有衛星導航、停車輔助系統與智慧型手機連結裝置，藉此NISSAN集團副總裁Simon Thomas表示：「Leaf將成為業界第一輛價格平易近人的零排放全電動車，並且無論在動力與性能表現都將令人為之讚嘆。」
Leaf除了價格具有優勢，在英國更針對電動車實施五年內免稅的鼓勵制度，此外與傳統汽油車輛的燃料換算成電費比較，每年更可以省下600歐元(約合新台幣2.4萬元)，反觀台灣近日行政院環境保護署雖然才舉辦「2010年環保汽機車」的活動鼓勵台灣民眾購買環保車，並且由裕隆集團旗下的電動車LUXGEN MPV EV +奪魁，但是對於台灣未來電動車的市場發展似乎並不樂觀？
在電動車的推動方面，根據Thomas表示NISSAN集團投資400億歐元(約合新台幣1.6兆元)涵括五座電動車電池產廠與七座車輛裝配廠，並且與全球各地政府積極合作建設充電站；可是台灣方面電動車的推動計畫卻遲遲無消息，不但沒有充電站的設立，也讓民眾懷疑維修問題，所以台灣真正要引進電動車的時機，還得待更長期的觀察與評估。
另一方面AutoNet經詢問過台灣裕隆日產則表示，雖然NISSAN自2006年起在全球推動「NISSAN綠計畫」以外在今年4月更以Leaf舉辦「零排放的移動未來」的主題活動，但是因為台灣政府政策與環境等種種因素，Leaf的報價與上市期間還需要更多些時間評估與考量。
