2012芝加哥車展搶先報：Civic生命力延展，ACURA ILX量產版將現身

回顧以往年代，在第六代HONDA Civic問世之後，以其底盤平台為基礎所衍生的ACURA Domani也隨之而生，大開Civic化身為更高階ACURA車型的先例，後來隨著Civic改款演進，也進一步推出依改款Civic演進推出名為CSX的ACURA，令Civic在ACURA高級品牌的化學催化之下，展現更為璀璨的產品表現。

Civic生命力延展，ACURA ILX量產版將現身
在2012年底特律車展當中甫進行全球首演的ILX概念車型，其車輛本質也是以HONDA Civic底盤為基礎所衍生，施以ACURA旗下車款慣有的高質感與品質，力求以不到3萬美元(約折合新台幣90.7萬元)的報價，創造年銷4萬輛的預計目標，更重要的是其量產車型確定會在2012芝加哥車展進行全球首演。
依已經曝光的ILX概念車來看，仍未現身的ILX量產版本相信會與其相去不遠，以家族鮮明的六角型水箱護罩、銳利化頭燈為車頭焦點，搭配LED燈組、豐富的車身鈑件與車身套件，造就渾然天成的車身視覺美感與質感。
在動力系統部份，ILX以2.0L缸內直噴引擎/五速手自排變速系統、2.4L引擎/六速手排變速系統，以及ACURA車款首次採用的油電混合動力系統(1.5L引擎/電動馬達)，令ILX擁有市區油耗14.8km/L、高速油耗16.0 km/L之節能表現。此外，ILX也導入Keyless車門啟閉系統、Pandora車用多媒體系統、Bluetooth無線藍牙通訊等配備。
內外兼修，改款RDX將現身
隨著都會休閒LSUV市場的進一步深化，ACURA當然也深覺有必要衍生尺碼較小的車款，因此RDX在2006年紐約車展進行全球首演，最新改款車型同樣會在2012芝加哥車展進行全球首演。

至於RDX在經過改款設計之後，不僅獲得更為寬敞舒適的乘坐空間，同時也有著更為實用的置物空間設計，而其動力源自經過調校的3.5L V6引擎，最大輸出馬力提升33hp至273hp，其市區油耗8.5 km/L、高速油耗11.8km/L，亦有著顯著的進步。更值得一提的是，RDX也導入ACURA SH-AWD（Super Handling All-Wheel Drive）四輪驅動系統，增添其駕駛樂趣與穩定性。
