    HONDA全面推動次世代氫燃電池技術,全新CR-V 氫燃料電池將於 2024 年在美國和日本推出

氫燃料電池技術,對HONDA來說,應該是一點都不陌生,但一直都不是重點,現在HONDA將全力推動新世代氫燃料電池技術,日本HONDA本田汽車株式會社於2月2日宣布,將於2024年在北美和日本推出搭載HONDA和日本GM通用汽車共同開發的次世代氫燃料電池系統的FCEV燃料電池車,它是以CR-V為基礎而進行動力改造。根據HONDA所說,此一技術的目標,是讓該車款電池僅是2019 年HONDA推出Clarity Fuel Cell 氫燃料電池車的燃料電池系統成本的三分之一,而耐用性則可以翻倍 。

而以CR-V為基礎而打造的全新氫燃料電池車,還將具備插入式充電的電動功能。這將意味著車主將能夠在家中為其充電,這可能會減輕人們對相對有限的氫氣加氣站等基礎設施不足的疑慮。

除了與GM通用汽車的共同開發之外,該公司還設定了到 2030 年左右,燃料電池的成本將減半,而耐久性將翻倍,屆時燃料電池車可望全面普及,將實現價格和柴油引擎相當,並能友善環境,同時可以降低總成本。

HONDA未來也將推出氫燃料電池驅動的商用車,在日本,HONDA正和日本五十鈴(ISUZU)合作開發一款重型卡車,該卡車將於 2024 年第一季上路,HONDA也已經在中國與東風汽車,共同測試類似的試驗平台。

HONDA也打算將燃料電池技術導入建築業,將首先運用在挖土機和輪式裝載機。HONDA也想將燃料電池帶入太空。他們正和日本宇宙航空研究開發機構( Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency )合作開發開發這項技術。該計劃是利用太陽能來電解水,並產生氧氣和氫氣。氫燃料電池可以從氧氣和氫氣中產生電能和水。該公司將此計畫稱之為「循環式可再生能源系統」(circulative renewable energy system)。

HONDA的最終目標是到 2050 年實現其所有產品和企業活動的碳中和,公司不希望未來會對環境造成任何衝擊。
