HONDA Taiwan公佈最新人事異動

日本 HONDA為更有效提升經營效率，強化全球化的競爭力，於日前宣佈新的組織人事的調動案，而隸屬全球化HONDA一員的HONDA Taiwan也在這波的人事調整範圍之內，原由HONDA亞洲大洋洲本部長土志田諭擔任的HONDA Taiwan董事長一職，將由目前擔任HONDA Taiwan總經理的藤崎照夫自四月一日起升任，而總經理一職則由原日本HONDA擔任台灣專案領導人的三井一司先生來台擔任。

HONDA Taiwan於2002年2月成立之初，由日本HONDA亞洲大洋洲本部本部長土志田諭擔任董事長，並由藤崎照夫擔任總經理一職迄今。在藤崎總經理的領導之下，HONDA Taiwan不僅創下了HONDA全球最快以7個月即完成設廠投產銷售的紀錄，更在最短的時間內，重新建立起在台灣的全新經銷網，以最快的時間提供所有HONDA車主的服務，以縮短消費者的不便。

並導入建構寬敞明亮的賞車據點、建立保障顧客的價格透明化銷售環境、首創快速服務制度的導入等市場行銷、售後服務之全新策略，不僅提供國人更為舒適滿意的購車、用車環境，也在國內的汽車市場掀起一股全新風潮，更在2004年的顧客滿意度調查中獲得顧客的一致肯定。

HONDA Taiwan新任總經理三井一司先生，在調任台灣之前即負責HONDA Taiwan在台成立的專案領導人，HONDA Taiwan成立前後，更是經常往來日本、台灣之間，不僅對HONDA Taiwan各項業務相當熟稔，對台灣的汽車市場也相當的了解，在他4月1日到任後，將可快速接手HONDA Taiwan的各項業務。

而主責HONDA Taiwan行銷企劃重任，導入各項全新行銷作法的行銷企劃部協理水野泰秀，在HONDA這次的人事調整中，也被委以更重要的職務，亦將自4月1日起調任馬來西亞HONDA社長，負責HONDA在馬來西亞的生產、銷售重任，而HONDA Taiwan行銷企劃部部門主管，則由新任總經理三井先生兼任。
