裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」即將開幕！

台灣首創整體性、全方性、多功能之生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」主體已經完工。
|
2003年12月18日破土、2004年九月14日上樑，這座位於裕隆發詳地的新店中興路裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」，最近外觀已經全數完工，接下來就是內部裝潢與人員進駐，預計不久之後，這家國內首創最大規模的汽車生活城，也將再度引爆汽車產業與消費領域的革命！

裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」是台灣首創整體性、全方性、多功能之生活城，也是裕隆汽車在今年分割轉型後，以實際行動展現成為『製造服務業』之願景，所進行的第一個重大投資案。其佔地約11,000坪，包含建築物及土地成本共投資約新台幣70億元，將擁有包括：地上12層、地下二層之汽車展示間與辦公綜合大樓，地上八層、地下二層之汽車保修與體育館和同為地上八層、地下二層的大型購物中心、休閒健身中心等三棟建築物，總樓地板面積約34,000坪。
裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」將規劃為四大部分，第一部份為有關車輛服務，包含新車與中古車展示銷售、汽車百貨、汽車保修及專屬客服中心等；第二部分結合大型購物中心、健身中心、高爾夫練習廠與主題餐廳的多功能休閒購物場所；第三部份則是可容納600~100人的小巨蛋，是一個大型劇場式的展示活動中心，面積約350坪，除了提供新車發表會及車有會外，更可提供文化表演、藝術展示、休閒活動；最後為提供各項服務的後勤辦公室，這是為達成打造新生活目標之重要支援單位。
裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」之開發構想元自於人、車、生活合一之企業理念，裕隆汽車秉持成為『製造服務業』之精神，融合建築規劃與優質服務，期望營造一個讓消費者可以“One Stop Shopping”，並獲得“Totel Solution”之服務，進而引導消費者進入全新的汽車消費時代。
為增加裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」之內容與生活機能，生活城之購物中心將由知名的量販業者家樂福進駐，讓『裕隆生活城』更加完整，而結合多功能購物中心的區為優勢，此地將成為新店甚至大台北南區最具潛力的商業新聚落！
此外，在中興路北側，裕隆汽車還有約有30,000坪工業區土地，亦於2003年10月已通過相關單位審議，計劃於2004年初變更為商業及住宅區，爾後將進行市地重劃作業，待相關公共設施完成，在於2006年進行開發。本次開發之裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」與未來30,000坪之商業區及住宅區相互輝映，將結合為台北新店地區之新地標。
佔地約11,000坪，包含建築物及土地成本共投資約新台幣70億元，將擁有包括：地上12層、地下二層之汽車展示間與辦公綜合大樓，地上八層、地下二層之汽車保修與體育館和同為地上八層、地下二層的大型購物中心、休閒健身中心等三棟建築物，總樓地板面積約34,000坪。
除了剛剛所提到的四大區塊之外，將來包括雷諾進口車事業部門，與新成立之裕通汽車，人員也將進駐服務，所以將來光是前面的多品牌超大型展示據點，至少就具備了NISSAN、INFINITI、RENAULT、BUICK、CADILLAC與OPEL等數大乘用車品牌，可以想見未來裕隆汽車生活城「行遍天下AutoMall」開幕後驚人的規模！
