IKEA喜歡HONDA Civic Hybrid的環保省油，下訂50輛公務車

瑞典家具商IKEA也看中Hybrid的環保與省油，最近英國IKEA向HONDA購買50輛Civic Hybrid作為公務車，IKEA向消費者承諾要減少對環境的影響，減少廢氣與二氧化碳等的排放。
HONDA將會陸續提供Civic Hybrid，預計明年交車完畢，HONDA環境主管John Kingston表示，Civic Hybrid已經成為企業想要綠化的方法之一，IKEA目前已經持續用Civic Hybrid取代目前的公務用車，不僅擁有較環保的廢氣排放，也能省下更多油錢。
HONDA Civic Hybrid的每公升最多可行駛21.7公里，二氧化碳每公里排放109公克，也因為HONDA Civic Hybrid低於倫敦進城費排廢標準，所以進出倫敦市中心完全不需繳納8英鎊進城費，而且Hybrid類車每年繳稅只要15英鎊。
