HONDA新Civic變大了，目標鎖定舊Accord車主

現行款Accord可是越長越大，已經到了足以取代旗艦Legend的地步，不過在Down Size趨勢下Fit、Civic雖然車身小，但定位卻硬是比過去高，而預計在2010年第三季誕生的新一代Civic，也延續這種概念，企圖吸引過往Accord的車主，21世紀煥然一新的家族風格也成為新Civic的特色。
根據AutoNet編輯部所掌握的訊息，目前HONDA開發下一代Civic已經到了測試階段，外觀與內裝造型仍在比稿尚未真正定案，但可確定的是車頭將走類似新Insight風格，車身尺碼約莫在4500×1720×1430mm，比新Accord稍微小一點，但和過去的Accord相比卻又更大，當然在2700mm軸距下乘坐空間更為寬敞，頗有取代舊世代Accord的味道。
至於台灣何時會進行大改款動作？如果按照日本的問世時間來推算，最快也必須等到2011年的第一季，若國際原物料價格及匯率沒有產生態大變化，售價上搞不好能與現行款維持平盤，但照現在來看恐怕很難，所以大家最好燒香保佑，一來景氣好轉，二來千萬別漲太多，否則新Civic入手困難度恐怕會更高。
