HONDA Riding Simulator讓您安心「體驗」機車

〝HONDA Riding Simulator〞駕駛訓練模擬器，可用來體驗ABS煞車效果。

汽車工業從100多年前發展至今，不論是車輛性能或結構安全皆有長足的進步，而且包括碟盤式煞車系統、ABS防鎖煞車系統、TSC循跡防滑控制系統等配備，也已經被大多數市售車款列為標準配備，原因無它，只是為了安全；在上述這些安全配備的幫助之下，不僅在須臾之間直上百里，也可以在很短的時間之中，讓車輛完全靜止，而且正確地將煞車踏板踩到底，讓ABS防鎖煞車系統作動，遇到緊急狀況也能有較多機會，避開危險。

不會騎打檔車的人，也可以藉此學習騎乘。
|
機車可就沒那麼幸運了，目前除了部份日系、歐系重車將ABS列為標準配備之外，其餘車款還是得靠騎士自己控制煞車力道，因而容易造成失控、翻車等危險。因此，在本屆東京車展當中，HONDA展出於2006年4月研發成功的〝HONDA Riding Simulator〞駕駛訓練模擬器， 體驗者只需依照平日騎乘打檔機車的技巧，操作模擬器油門、離合器、前後煞車，便能在不同電腦指示的狀態當中，體驗ABS所帶來的優異煞車效果，而經驗不足的人，也可以藉此安全地學習騎車技巧。
雖然，該設備的真實操作感受，與一般機車有很大的差距，但是藉由軟體與模擬器的輔助，一方面展示HONDA的機車科技研發成果，同時也讓所有人了解，ABS將會是未來扮演機車安全的關鍵角色之一。
