2008科隆機車展報導：HONDA V4 Concept領軍，CB軍團壓境

2008年於德國科隆所舉辦的Intermot Cologne機車展，HONDA以「The New Beginnings」為訴求，在全新世代的概念機種V4 Concept帶領下，所有針對歐洲市場的CB軍團全出籠。
HONDA之所以推出V4 Concept，主要是2009年為HONDA進軍機車賽事的50年，其中代表科技V4引擎更已經誕生30年，為了將象徵HONDA高科技展現在歐洲民眾面前，並誓言持續以V4引擎稱霸機車界，因此HONDA遂結合「The New Beginnings」的特點，開發出下一世代的V4 Concept賽車。當然工程師與設計師也注入許多的人體工學元素，不僅在安全性有所提升，也提供更容易駕駛操控的機械結構，等於是替下一代HONDA作預告。
而甫於2007年才大改款的CBR600RR，可謂600cc級距的超級巨星，無論細部與性能成熟度都已達一定水準，因此HONDA為了提升安全性，特地首開先例將C-ABS防鎖定煞車系統搭載於CBR600RR和CBR1000RR兩款車型上，讓騎士在享受駕馭快感之餘仍能顧及到安全。
此外，HONDA也在科隆車展中發表最新的CBF125，辦整流罩式設計擁有街跑車的外觀，和CB家族的因子，並搭載一具空冷單缸125cc的PGM-FI引擎，尤其在排污方面更符合歐洲EURO3的標準。
