創新概念讓評審心動，HONDA Fit Hybrid榮登2013/2014日本自動車殿堂

於2013年在日本市場造成轟動，且累計訂單超過8萬張的新HONDA Fit，其最環保節能的Fit Hybrid的訂單就達5.7萬張，這對HONDA來說不僅宛如注入強心針，更因獲選為日本自動車殿堂年度車而加分不少。
簡稱JAHFA的Committee of Japan Automotive Hall of Fame日本自動車殿堂，其崇高的地位勝過年度風車，除了所有評審委員都為各領域精英，且因內容包含與汽車產業相關人物、技術、產品等面向，歷史價值意義大過廣告宣傳，因此像HONDA創辦人本田宗一郎、TOYOTA創辦人豐田喜一郎、BRIDGESTONE輪胎創辦人石橋正二郎、NISSAN Skyline之父櫻井真一郎、SUBARU 360、MITSUBISHI 500、MAZDA Demio等，都曾獲選進入名人堂、年度車與歷史車之列，如今2013/2014年度則由HONDA Fit Hybrid獲選，主要是Fit Hybrid為一款擁有創新概念與設計理念傳承的小型車，因此獲得評審一致青睞以高分獲選。
全新第三世代的Fit Hybrid，具有3995×1695×1525mm車身和2530mm軸距，動力搭載1496cc直列四缸Atkinson循環引擎和電動馬達組合的Hybrid系統，具有110hp/6000rpm馬力和13.7kgm/5000rpm扭力，並和七速i-DCT雙離合器變速箱搭配，平均油耗可高達36.4km/L。當然外觀造型也更為動感，同時也導入不少新設計概念，以達到最人性化、便利、高經濟性和駕馭樂趣的元素。
而根據AutoNet汽車日報了解，第三代Fit導入國產化時間可能要到2014年第四季，且引擎動力僅有1.5L直列四缸直噴一種引擎，榮登日本自動車殿堂風雲車的Fit Hybrid因成本過高無緣現身本地市場，這點似乎就有點可惜。
