飛行夢想終見成果，首架HONDA Jet噴射客機正式交付顧客

就在HONDA Jet於2015年12月9日獲得美國聯邦航空管理局（Federal Aviation Administration；FAA）型號認證，並確認HONDA Jet在强度、性能、安全性、功能度和可靠性等方面皆符合FAA對於航空器的要求之後。全球首架量產版、機身編號為N420EX的HONDA Jet終於在日前正式交付顧客，完成HONDA Aircraft Company（HACI）宣布2015年量產的任務與使命，也讓HONDA正式寫下航空領域的全新紀錄。

這架全球首輛交機的HONDA Jet採用墨綠、金與白色的三色塗裝，但HONDA並未公開買家所選擇的座艙式樣與各項鋪陳。HONDA Jet雖然機艙尺碼僅有5.43×1.52×1.51m的迷你尺碼，但在內裝鋪陳上卻提供足以乘坐六名乘客的標準配置，此外也可選擇僅容四名乘客的豪華配置。搭配獨立廁所與完整的機艙控制系統，能放鬆地享受每一趟舒適的空中旅程。

而受惠於HONDA Jet獨特的OTWEM（Over the Wing Engine Mount）引擎安裝方式，透過將引擎置於主翼上方，並和機體緊密連結，如此一來降低風阻，並創造出更好的速度和燃油經濟性，也讓HONDA Jet擁有同級機種中最高的巡航速度表現，能在30000英呎高度以420海浬（約777km/h）的速度巡航。

HONDA Jet擁有最高達2409km的最大航程，即使是在滿座的狀態下也擁有1869km的飛行續航距離，能夠滿足區域性的私人飛行需求。翼展來到12.12m、搭載兩具由HONDA與GE合作開發的HF120噴射引擎，隨著消費者的需求不同而有不同報價，但HONDA Jet的基本造價約為450萬美元，折合台幣約1億4千4百萬元。
