HONDA在中國上海發表二款中國限定的e:N2 Concept新世代純電動車

為了直取中國這個全世最大的電動車消費市場，HONDA正強化在中國市場的電動化車款，去年11月，HONDA在中國發表e:N系列電動車的首部曲，e:N Concept概念車，今年稍早時候，HONDA已在中國開始販售 e:NS1 和 e:NP1兩款電動 SUV。而現在JHONDA再推出n:N系列第二款新電動概念車，未來它將透迢東風本田汽車和廣汽本田的合資企業，在中國市坦獨家銷售，這台概念車將在上海第五屆中國國際進口博覽會上公開展示。
HONDA e:N2 Concept 概念車的設計從最初的e:N GT Concept概念車，汲取了一些設計元素與概念，e:N GT Concept是去年預告的五台中國市場限定的電動車之一，它採用大膽的造型設計，以銳利的線條和充滿未來主義風格的的照明系統設計，配上深色金屬塗裝的外觀。
雖然HONDA新聞稿中提供了圖片，但圖片中的車款晦暗不清，不過e:N2 Concept念車似乎有四個車門，儘管車身風格並不屬於HONDA任何現有車款分類，而中國方面的車媒則稱這台全新概念車是一台SUV運動休旅。
HONDA並沒有提供任何內裝的預告圖，但HONDA在新聞稿中提到座艙配備了簡潔的數位化虛擬座艙，還有提供的以乘客為中心HONDA Connect 聯網功能，而座艙內還有配上氣照明和氣氛的擴香。
同時，HONDA e:N2 Concept是建立在專為 e:N 系列電動車而開發的 e:N Architecture F平台之上。據HONDA宣稱稱，這台車開發的目的在於它能提供獨特的駕馭樂趣、並有出色的車輛穩定性和清晰的操控性。
HONDA計劃到 2027 年在中國推出 10 款 e:N 系列電動車，並由專門的電動車生產工廠生產，2030 年後在中國的所有HONDA車款都將是油電複合動力車款或純電動車，到 2040 年，所有HONDA車款都將是純電動的。
