Sony Honda Mobility公布電動車品牌名稱 Afeela，CES公開展示展示首部電動原型車

由日本兩家最大的科技公司和汽車公司，Honda和Sony，雙方合資組成全新的電動車公司Sony Honda Mobility，在本周開幕的2023年CES消費電子展中，公布合資公司的品牌名稱Afeela，隨著新的品牌名稱和廠徽首次亮相，合資公司成立後首部電動概念車Vision-S SUV原型車也首度出現在伸展台上。
Sony Honda Mobility總裁兼執行長Kenichiro Yoshida主持新車發表時表示，去年我們展示了Vision-S房車概念車，我們得到大眾反饋的意見，鼓勵我們進一步思考如何利用創意和科技，來改變人們從甲地到乙地的移動體。早在2020年的CES消費電子展上，SONY就已展示首款電動概念車，而今年的CES展上，公布再次讓VISION-S概念車亮相，並將它改名為VISION-S 01，而今日則是首度發表第二台概念車VISION-S 02，這台原型車有部分設計是延續自VISION-S 01。
Kenichiro Yoshida主持發表會時表示，這台新車Vision-S SUV是基於安全性、適應性和娛樂性而開發的，安全一直是我們創造移動新體驗的首要任務，為實現安全性，Vision S SUV在車裡車外，安裝了40個監測安全的傳感器。
Kenichiro Yoshida表示，在適應性方面，我們的智能聯網技術讓我們能夠開發出一款自我不斷升級的車款，而且每一位客户都可以獲得客制化服務。我們還為車輛架構5G技術，這種車載系统可以在屈雲端之間實現高速、大容量和低延遲的連結。至於娛樂部分，Sony預計會提供最新的遊戲和影音設備，以滿足乘客的娛樂需求，而它也不會讓駕駛者分心。
在外觀部分，VISION-S 02概念車延續先前發表的VISION-S概念車的設計風格，車頭面板採用貫穿式LED日行燈燈條，並搭配柳葉造型的前車頭燈组，下方配備梯形進氣口。全新的Afeela廠徽出現在內嵌式入車頭面板上，該面板可以向路人顯示信息，例如天氣、車子充電狀態，又或者是一則廣告。
Afeela 首款電動車上市的具體日期，預訂 2025 年上半年，實際銷售將在年底前開放訂車，首批車將於 2026 年春季交付。 至於為何選擇Afeel，因為字面上它的意義就是A Feel，一種感覺。
