雖然開車人口不斷增加，但國內的行車環境卻不斷惡化，在駕駛觀念及駕駛技術未見提升的狀況下，駕駛者如何在險惡的道路上自我防衛?為此，三陽安駕中心特開辦寒假駕訓冬令營，望藉由正確的駕駛技巧及觀念，導正多數車主駕駛行為上的謬誤。
歐美國家的駕駛者多半擁有絕佳的行車素養，原因在於正確的觀念深植人心，而三陽安駕中心成立的宗旨，亦是以灌輸正確的駕駛行為為依歸。此次冬令營的課程包括了汽車訓練營、機車訓練營、輕跑車訓練營、歡樂冬令營及重型機車訓練營，將針對汽、機車各種駕駛技巧與知識進行課程教授；汽車駕訓課程以建立正確駕駛觀念、提升駕駛技巧為主，其中尚包含車輛檢查、駕駛姿勢、緊急煞車要領、方向盤握法及轉向技巧等；而機車訓練課程除教授騎乘技巧及安全要訣外，尚包含駕照辦理等項。

三陽安駕中心表示，只要年滿18歲或年滿16歲（需經家長同意），會騎腳踏車程度即可報名參加機車冬令營，活動日期將從1月31日起至2月2日止；汽車防衛冬令營按技術層次將開初級班與中級班，活動日期從2月3日至5日及2月9日至11日止（分為兩個梯次），報名者需具備汽車駕照，報名截止日期至1月17日止。
