在歐陸稱為Jazz的HONDA Fit，除了在日本之外，在歐洲也是賣得最好的單一車種，而為了延續產品週期，HONDA將推出2004年的小改款式，並將在今年的日內瓦車展中展出。
新年式車身與機能在大體上仍維持既有設計與特色，新的改變主要是在細節的部分，包括了發光式電動後視鏡調整鈕，鍍鉻內車門把，同時還增加了後中央頭枕﹔另外在煞車制動性能上也全面升級，原本的鼓式煞車皆以碟煞取代，並將ABS列為全車系標準配備。
HONDA Jazz動力依舊延續原有的1.4升i-DSI雙火星塞燃燒系統，在於效能與經濟層面上都有優異的表現，最大馬力83hp，搭配七速CVT無段變速手自排系統（附方向盤換檔機制），平均每公升燃油可行駛21公里。
