搶先Vitz一步！HONDA國產化Jazz九月上市•八代Civic明年三月隨後就到！！

日前本報曾為各位報導，有關HONDA即將於今年下半年與明年度導入國產車型選擇的消息，經過查證後，最終確定的車型將與原先有些不同，原來預計與國外同步上市的第八代Civic，因時程問題將延至明年三月導入國產，而今年導入國產的車型確定是去年小改款Jazz，並且於今年九月正式上市！
根據最新的消息指出，由於Jazz在去年小改款後，下一代車型必須要等到2006年才會上市，若依此時間推算國內最快也要到2007年才有可能跟進，因此HONDA決定將產品較成熟的小改款Jazz，搶先導入國產，進攻國產小型車市場；確定於九月上市的Jazz，動力系統搭載現行的1.3升 i-DSI引擎與1.5升SOHC VTEC引擎，動力數據將以東南亞規格為基準，再依國內狀況與法規作調較，但基本上將相去不遠，變速系統方面1.3升車型將搭配CVT無段變速系統，而1.5升車型則搭配七擋位CVT變速系統，並配上方向盤換擋機制。
目前，Jazz國產後的配備內容目前尚在評估階段，真皮座椅已確定出局，將以與Jazz相符的個性化搭配為訴求，全車系將有六種車型，分別為1.3升四款、1.5升兩款，售價預計為41.9萬至61.9萬之間，未來Jazz上市後，將與SUZUKI Swift以及2006年國產之TOYOTA Vitz等新生代國產小車正面衝突，開創國產小車新戰局。
