HONDA於2004年推出新世代休旅車Elysion，以更為緊緻的身形與全新概念的車室設計，成為現行HONDA於日本的休旅車旗艦，上市以來平均每個月都有約3000~3800台的銷量，在上市一年餘後，HONDA再推出小改款車型。
小改款的Elysion於外觀上，水箱護罩與前、後保桿經重新設計，側裙也做了修飾，整體搭配更為精緻，並且追加了多種車色；除了外觀上的改變，車室內基本上仍維持原樣，但各車型的配備則經過重新設定，而動力系統也同樣搭載2.4升四缸i-VTEC引擎與3.0升六缸i-VTEC引擎。
小改款後的Elysion價格帶介於273萬日圓至405.3萬日圓，目標月銷量同樣設定於3000輛。
