福井威夫所言是，HONDA量產車即將運用最新ASV系統

在日本政府的推動下，ASV車輛安全計劃已經邁入第三期，更是當地車廠共同研發的目標，而現階段的「車間溝通系統」，也即將出現在下一代HONDA車款上。
根據日本HONDA社長福井威夫向AutoNet記者表示，所謂的ASV3是指由日本政府所推動的新進安全交通工具計劃中的一環，至今已發展到第三代，目前的ABS、SRS、前後影像距離偵測、車輛偏離航道偵測系統等，都是前兩代的作品，而最新的ASV3，則將「車間溝通系統」列為首要項目。
他認為在前陣子才公佈的ASV3成果，幾乎每家都展現出「車間溝通系統」，但這下問題來了，因為在路上跑的車輛品牌眾多，除了與自家車輛進行溝通，其他品牌根本達不到目的，因此接下來就必須所有車廠達成共識，以讓車輛安全提升到新境界。
而AutoNet問即何時會量產化，福井威夫笑著表示：快了！
所以根據這樣的推測，應該是下一代Accord出現時就揭曉，至於新Accord長相如何，就是AutoNet所報導、在今年東京車展亮相的Sport 4 Concept！
