    HONDA Type R計畫大復活!Hybrid、NA全面性能提升

在311強震中重創的HONDA,近年在市場中的表現大不如前,除了競爭對手越來越強,HONDA多將資源投入載Hybrid車款上,量產市售汽油車部分並沒有驚人之作,尤其最膾炙人口且強調性能的Type R逐漸淡出,使得HONDA大量流失死忠粉絲,但根據AutoNet汽車日報所獲得的獨家訊息,HONDA有意重啟Type R計畫,車型一口氣包含Fit、Civic、CR-Z、Insight、Accord及NSX後繼車!

Type R,對於所有性能迷來說地位相當崇高,尤其在HONDA粉絲心目中宛如BMW M Power、M-BENZ AMG、AUDI RS,只要冠上Type R字樣,肯定是「車中之王」,而Type R的起源,最早可追溯至1992年的NSX Type R,爾後1995年Integra、1997年Civic都陸續增加Type R等級,然而隨著整體市場用車習慣改變,加上會開手排車的人越來越少(尤其歐洲車廠多將DSG雙離合器變速箱納入清單中),開發成本與售價都高的Type R逐漸失去優勢,縱使仍有不少死忠車迷,卻難敵市場競爭,因此HONDA提出中止Type R開發計畫,就連頂級的NSZ後繼車也交白卷。

但這兩年隨著新消費世代崛起,開始追求講求樂趣和性能的車款,且變速箱、引擎、車體等技術更為精進,在「Downsizing」的聲浪中似乎讓HONDA確定重新規劃Type R的未來,簡單來說就是Type R大復活。就目前AutoNet汽車日報取得的情報來看,2012年將率先推出Civic Type R,2013年Fit與Accord也將新增Type R車型,就連油電複合動力的Insight與CR-Z,都可能在2013年賦予Type R型態,尤其是CR-Z Type R極有可能導入機械增壓模式,這下可不得了,在Hybrid+機械增壓共同運作下不僅經濟效益高,性能也卓越,勢必會造成車壇的轟動。此外NSX後繼車的開發已是進行式,推測2014年將推出Type R版本,估計動力心臟採用V6 2.5L或3.5L引擎,比起前一代更能擠身進入世界超跑行列。

因此接下來HONDA旗下不少NA或Hybrid車型,都將和Type R有關連,畢竟HONDA身為日本2011年第一季獲利排名第三的企業(週邊還有太陽能電池、機車、飛機、發電機、引擎等事業),因311強震恐怕會影響2012年表現,倘若沒有Type R來創造話題,搞不好會影響日後汽車事業發展,也枉費「技術HONDA」的稱號。
