HONDA Fit EV廣州測試，2012年在中國進行生產

HONDA汽車日前在中國廣州進行Fit EV的測試動作，據推測，這樣的動作正是因為HONDA車廠有意在2012年底前於當地進行生產Fit EV，如果相關計畫能夠順利進行，屆時將有望成為第一個在中國進行生產電動車的外資車企。

根據瞭解，Fit EV是HONDA現階段旗下唯一的純電動車產品，目前除了日本當地之外，並沒有在任何海外市場進行販售，而目前在廣州地區的測試，將讓Fit EV每天行駛約150km的距離並且達到最高144km/h左右的極速行駛，以確保在中國地區的使用與意外問題的產生與克服。並且藉由在廣州地區的實際交通環境，檢視Fit EV的實用性並驗證實際的行駛里程，做為未來充電設施等基礎建設的參考。
從即將舉行的東京車展來看，HONDA正致力於節能科技的相關應用與研發，除了一口氣推出8款與節能相關的概念車型之外，同時也將中國視為是節能科技相關應用的主要地區。而預料HONDA也將藉由在中國的合資企業：廣汽本田來進行Fit EV的生產之外，也將進一步以進口的方式導入包括CR-Z與Fit Hybrid等油電混合動力車型於中國市場販售。
目前除了Fit EV之外，包括TOYOTA、GM及VW集團都已經表明要在中國生產電動車的計畫，但至今都還沒有公布明確的時間點，其中包括VW集團還準備成立「開利」與「天越」兩個子品牌來專攻電動車的銷售，相信在不久的將來電動車便能夠開始逐漸充斥在中國的汽車市場之中。
