改頭換面進軍東南亞新興市場，HONDA Mobilio概念車於印尼國際車展正式發表

近年來，各大汽車品牌除了積極搶進號稱全球最大消費市場中國之外，面對其他包括東南亞、南美洲以及俄羅斯等新興市場，也有著相當積極的動作；而在最近開幕的印尼國際車展當中，HONDA就再度推出了全新的七人座MVP概念車款Mobilio，意圖在未來藉由這款全新車型進一步擴大品牌在東南亞市場的市佔率。
根據原廠的研究，MPV車型在印度市場當中，可說是相當受到消費者的歡迎，也正因為如此，HONDA才決定採用與Brio相同的底盤平台為基礎，開發出這款全新的MPV車型而值得一提的是，未來Mobilio在進行量產上市之後，將會是HONDA在東南亞地區第一款符合LCGC（Low Cost Green Car）低價綠能車規範的MPV車型。
專門針對印度市場的消費者需求喜好、道路甚至天候狀況開發的Mobilio概念車，採三排七人座的車室設定，4.4米的車長為當地市場相當常見的一般大小，另外為了應付當地的道路的路面條件，1.85米的車高與較高的底盤設定，則是提供較佳的行路性，至於動力系統則是搭配1.5L直四自然進氣汽油引擎，但輸出數據目前原廠尚未公佈，此外在能符合LCGC（Low Cost Green Car）低價綠能車規範的條件之下，其價格以及能源效率表現勢必會有不錯的競爭力。
HONDA原廠也宣布，Mobilio將會在預定於2014年1月開始於印尼Karawang地區運作的HPM二廠進行生產的動作；順道一提，雖說HONDA Mobilio概念車是以全新車款之姿來到東南亞市場，但對於日本車壇較了解的車迷們一定還記得，Mobilio這款車其實先前就曾出現在HONDA的產品陣容當中，當時的Mobilio同樣是三排七座的設定，但在外觀上有著極大的不同，不但後門採用側開滑門式設計，其低腰線與大面積車窗設計更是來自於輕軌電車。
