HONDA Taiwan 2020服務技能檢證活動，創造優質服務體驗

ALL NEW CR-V上市後銷售暢旺、持續穩坐國產SUV No.1冠軍，為了持續創造顧客喜悅，並提供顧客最好的商品與服務，HONDA Taiwan持續精進第一線人員之服務技術，並於10月份分別於明志科技大學與國立彰化師範大學附屬高級工業職業學校舉行「2020年HONDA Cars服務技能檢證活動」。
HONDA Taiwan自成立以來，秉持「顧客滿意NO.1」與「被社會期待存在的企業」兩大事業方針，在台灣扎根及茁壯。為達成二大事業目標，HONDA Taiwan長期投入前端銷售及後端售服人員的專業培養訓練，以標準系統化的定期競賽及檢證機制，嚴格要求與顧客接觸的第一線專業人員，皆能提供顧客高品質服務水準。
HONDA技術力檢證活動源自日本，所有選手皆須嚴格遵循原廠傳授的接待服務精神及維修標準作業，始能通過HONDA Taiwan所規劃的「學科測驗」及「工作指導」等多項檢證項目；本屆檢證內容主要分為接待服務(SA)、維修診斷(GR)二大類組，本次檢證並將選出表現優秀之模範，授予象徵服務模範的榮耀。
HONDA Taiwan藉由技術力檢證的方式，讓全體服務人員體認自我提升的重要性，進而形成組織學習、互相惕勵成長。此外，致力於提供最好的品質與技術，是HONDA Taiwan重要的企業價值與責任，要讓顧客在購買新車時，依據接觸過的優質服務，再次選擇HONDA的產品。所以HONDA Taiwan不只重視產品的硬實力，更重視顧客服務的軟實力！車輛的販賣除了好的產品品質之外，更是能讓所有的顧客於購買商品後，能夠安心信賴地享受售後的服務。

自2003年至2020年，HONDA Taiwan已舉辦十二屆「2020年HONDA Cars服務技能檢證活動」，皆以職人精神傳承與技能淬煉再進化為核心，鼓勵服務人員持續精進磨練技術，以嚴謹用心的態度，使HONDA Taiwan優良的服務品質延續，以高標準達成「顧客的喜悅」。
