相當多的消費者所期待的HONDA Stream休旅車，在三月份預售開跑的情形下，將於六月底全部到港的100部新車早已售罄，在感受到消費者對Stream的歡迎，南陽HONDA特於昨日(6月13日)，讓這款繼MAZDA MPV之後引進的純日製休旅車與媒體見面。
這款標榜「未來式•新行動空間」的七人座休旅車，有著相當炫的外觀設計，以海豚跳躍海面的體型為設計概念為出發點，讓這款車看起來相當有動感，十分低斜的車頭搭配兩個巨大的頭燈組，予人一種前衛的感受。加上高置式環繞尾燈，在在都顯現出Stream的與眾不同。
Stream所搭載的動力為HONDA最新的i-VTEC 2.0升引擎，最大馬力及扭力輸出分別為156匹及19.4kgm，動力輸出在2.0升當中算是佼佼者，不過筆者預估想驅動重達近1.5噸的車重就可能就稍微吃力，加上若是七人滿載，可能就更顯力有未逮，這就是為什麼北美休旅車幾乎都是採用3.0升以上的引擎的原因。不過它是搭配五速手自排系統倒是在動力表現上扳回不少分數，實際的行路表現倒是可以期待AUTONET近期的試駕報告便知。
在配備上該有的設備幾乎全到齊，遺憾的是沒有皮椅這項配備，因為售價為108萬的Stream實在沒有必要因為沒有皮椅而流失一些對於Stream有興趣而又講究質感的客戶，不過也許皮椅是接下來在八月份第二批新車到埠時的祕密武器也說不定。
在發表Stream的同時，南陽HONDA也推出了Accord 2.0的小改款，外觀與內裝都向上提升與3.0升旗艦看齊，內在的隔音靜肅性改良更多達九項之多。最重要的是價格並未隨著精質化而向上攀升，公佈的2001 Accord售價如下：VX 73.8萬、EX-A 79.8萬、EX-S 85.8萬，最頂級EX-SⅡ為88.6萬。
