Honda Taiwan在台灣新生後的第一部車款—All New CR-V i-VTEC於一月21日正式與台灣的顧客見面。Honda Taiwan所出的All New CR-V計有配置Real Time 4WD (適時四輪傳動系統)的EX (86.9萬元)與LX (79.9萬元)車型，以及前輪傳動的GX (71.9萬元)車型，每個月的預計銷售台數為800台。
為了讓All New CR-V i-VTEC更加提昇基本乘用車的舒適駕乘感，因此Honda以全球小型車共用底盤(Global Compact Platform)以及Honda全新世代的引擎---DOHC i-VTEC為整體設計核心。Honda為All New CR-V i-VTEC投入了所有的先進技術，以“造型”、“多用途”、“性能”為支柱，具體展現了都市及戶外行動生活的先進設計、多用途的寬敞空間及滿載機能性配備設計、馬力強、易操控、高靜肅性及低燃費等卓越的駕馭樂趣，以實現世界最高水準的安全性能與環保機能。以創新的技術造就了先進的性能與高實用價值的功能。
在All New CR-V上市的同時，Honda Taiwan提供了3年或10萬公里的新車保固，而Honda Taiwan的經銷商還提供許許多多的服務特色，以達到『不讓客戶等待的經銷商』、『遵守約定的經銷商』、『價格安心的經銷商』、『真心服務、感動客戶的經銷商』的目標。只是目前根據台灣本田的規劃，目前所有北部心急的車主只有到桃園、新竹市甚或新竹縣看車的可能，當然如果是南部的車主，也可就近到台南和高雄試車，雖說2002年已簽約的19家經銷商，預計在2003年中以前可以全部開幕，但是單單以五家經銷商的據點，台灣本田誇出每月要賣800輛的數字，似乎有點高難度。
