Honda Taiwan重返台灣汽車市場，每一個舉動，都成為各界注目的焦點，各項策略也都成為市場的模仿指標。在售後服務上，尤其在快速維修服務，更引發國內汽車業界的一片跟進風潮。在引爆汽車服務新觀念的同時，Honda Taiwan也不曾忽略國內消費者習慣的服務項目，在炎炎夏日來臨前，Honda Taiwan為廣大的Honda車主，推出了免費的Honda汽車冷氣健康檢查的服務活動，並配合SARS防疫，針對來廠車進行消毒，讓車主更為安心。
Honda Taiwan所推出的Honda汽車冷氣健康檢查活動，自5月19日起到7月19日止，在Honda Taiwan各經銷據點同時展開，為期長達2個月，以方便Honda車主作最彈性的時間安排。免費檢查服務內容包括了冷氣系統與底盤、行車安全項目，共計2大類28大項免費檢查服務。而針對所有的回廠車主，Honda Taiwan更以最新的產品---Honda Renewal Product，免費為車主的愛車進行抗菌並消除車中的異味，讓車主可以在清新的車室中，安心享受清新一夏的感覺。活動同時，Honda Taiwan更針對冷氣系統相關零件，如壓縮機、冷媒蓄瓶、冷氣風扇等290項目，提供9折的優惠。為讓更多的Honda車主能夠共同分享、體驗Honda Taiwan全新、高品質的服務，Honda Taiwan更推出了“人人有禮”介紹回廠活動，只要Honda車主介紹Honda車主回廠，介紹者與被介紹者，都可獲贈服務優惠券。
在活動期間，Honda Taiwan還推出了“安全有一套”---輪胎更換就送“前輪定位”的優惠，而回廠的車主更可獲贈Honda原廠全球獨有的ASIMO精品。針對Honda的女性顧客，在這次的活動中，Honda Taiwan更特別設置了女性專屬休息室以及親子活動空間，在車輛享受高品質服務的同時，車主也同享獨特的尊榮。
Honda Taiwan所有全新導入台灣汽車市場的服務觀念與作法，諸如親切---人性化的寬敞車主進廠動線設計與空間使用規劃，讓車主進廠、停車更方便，更能讓車主容易熟悉而倍感親切；迅速---採用Drive-in全時接待與分流式雙接待區設計，避免車輛進廠的排隊與擁擠，同時首創採用二位技師同時服務Quick-Service，以縮短顧客等候時間；確實---提供1年或2萬公里零件修理保證，並於全廠實行綠色環保措施；信賴---5000公里級定期保養套餐，礦物油只要499元、合成油也只要1499元，建立起合理的定期保養制度，減少了油品、零件更換的頻度，提供顧客更經濟的保養費用；驚喜---首創 I See Card的車主服務卡，提供車主五星級的服務，讓顧客享受前所未有的精確、迅速、效率的服務品質。這些服務都是Honda Taiwan所要提供給國內顧客的獻禮，更可讓所有的Honda車主在這次的活動中一次全部感受與體驗。
