HONDA Taiwan新任總經理到位，首要任務提升品牌信賴度

身兼HONDA Taiwan及 3月1日從HONDA Taiwan生產部門分割獨立出來的HONDA Taiwan Motor 兩公司總經理的鈴木良幸，在四月一日起到位就任，他的首要任務是以提升HONDA品牌信賴度為當急之務。
1974年進入HONDA的鈴木良幸總經理，在日本國內的營業擔任直販銷售及業販銷售長達13年， 35歲時調任本社．歐洲部門，爾後從1987年至1990年的三年期間駐在荷蘭。然後在1990年回到日本總公司，並在亞洲大洋洲本部待到1996年。這段期間他主要從事商品企劃相關，所以當台灣要成立HONDA Taiwan時，也曾來過台灣幾次。1996到1999年的三年期間，駐在泰國的Asian HONDA。2002年1月起至2007年三月約五年時間擔任HONDA Korea副社長一職，並經歷韓國卡奴導致汽車銷售下滑的困境，正因為如此，赴台就任等於是將諸多經驗帶進本地市場。
據鈴木良幸表示，台灣汽車市場從去年開始就有大幅減少的傾向，結果延續到2007年，尤其今年一到三月相較前年約下降了20％。主因之一是卡奴問題的增加造成消費者貸款困難，促使購買能力減弱，就他在韓國的經驗來看，必須花相當多的時間才能恢復，因此對台灣市場並不抱持樂觀態度。
因此他在台灣，是將HONDA Taiwan培育成對台灣社會有貢獻的公司為目標，並提升HONDA品牌的信賴度。在他的經驗中，只要達成品牌信賴度，銷售台數也會自然而然接踵而來，為了獲得顧客的信賴必須從事許多活動。雖然到目前為止HONDA Taiwan和經銷商都專心致力於顧客滿意度的提升，台灣顧客的需求卻是時時改變。基於滿足消費者的前提，鈴木良幸認為未來會投入更多軟體領域資源，就硬體方面只要花錢誰都能做到，但是軟體的領域不是那麼簡單就能模仿，所以他信心滿滿認為，「在如此嚴苛的時期更有提升顧客滿意度的機會，如果能讓顧客滿意，將來市場回溫就會在HONDA品牌換車、增車、並向他人介紹，所以現在正是擴大的機會，直到市場回復為止都將會持續且踏實地進行活動。」另外，鈴木良幸表示必須再加強經銷商的銷售能力。
雖然現在整體市場嚴重衰退，但HONDA的新CR-V卻創造優異的成績，Civic也穩定成長，全新Accord也將在計畫導入，此外為了削減全球性的油價調漲及二氧化碳等污染問題，鈴木良幸表示正在檢討是否能於明年後半期推出小型車，至於這款小型車是誰？相信大家都知道，就是第二代Fit。
