    2008底特律車展報導:ACURA力邀i-DTEC助陣!

本屆底特律車展中,ACURA再次推出i-DVEC新世代柴油科技,宣示未來進軍北美柴油市場的決心與動作。
還記得AutoNet先前報導過,關於HONDA新世代柴油引擎的消息嗎,名為i-DTEC的此具柴油動力,也於本屆北美底特律車展中展出,不過不是掛上HONDA品牌,而是以北美市場的專屬高階品牌ACURA之名,介紹給當地消費者。

HONDA集團全新研發的i-DVEC柴油引擎,排氣量為2.2升,不僅能符合更嚴苛的Euro5歐盟五期環保標準,更可通過全球最嚴格的加州Bin5。
排氣量為2.2升的i-DTEC,柴油引擎,預計於2008年開始追加成為八代Accord車款新動力,至於北美市場的正式銷售則要等到2009年,而此次現身底特律車展的動作看來,HONDA集團似乎還想放大i-DTEC的效應,連ACURA品牌也共襄盛舉,最有可能搶先搭載的,當然就是以歐規Accord車型為基礎衍生的TL與TSX車型。

由第一代i-CDTi柴油引擎為基礎所開發的i-DTEC,無論廢氣淨化功能、輸出功率、油耗表現都有更卓越的進步,在改變燃燒室形狀的前提下,採用2000Bar的共軌燃油噴射系統,在霧化更為完全的情況下能讓燃燒更完全,且搭配新型渦輪設計,在前後方排氣的變更下讓觸媒能提早運作,將廢氣中的碳粒子等先行過濾。根據 HONDA表示,新i-DTEC柴油引擎的輸出功率比i-CDTi提升了20-30﹪左右,且在油耗測試下獲得平均每公升18-18.5公里的成績。

此外,i-DTEC柴油引擎不僅能符合更嚴苛的Euro5歐盟五期環保標準,更可通過全球最嚴格的加州Bin5,當然這一切都得歸功於廢氣處理系統DPF。所以在層層關卡的把關下,i-CDTi的NOx絕對低於標準值非常多。
