2008紐約車展搶先報：ACURA第二代TSX確定登場！

繼今年芝加哥車展的小改款RL車型之後，今年3月的紐約車展中，ACURA還將推出全新世代的TSX車款。

ACURA近日動作不斷，在芝加哥車展推出R車系的2009年式小改車型之後，日前原廠又再度宣布，將要於今年3月的紐約車展中，再推出大改款的全新TSX車款！
ACURA執行副總Dick Colliver表示，第二代TSX將以2009年式身分登場，並將清楚交代ACURA世代更新的理念；而結合AutoNet先前的報導，此將於紐約車展展出的第二代TSX，將以問世不久的八代美規Accord為基礎改造，且於後座乘坐空間方面將有明顯提升。
至於第二代TSX的動力系統方面，則將搭載稱為i-DTEC的全新環保節能柴油引擎，這具排氣量為2.2升的全新動力系統也將沿用於2009年式全新歐規HONDA Accord車系，此外將來這具柴油引擎也將追加搭載於ACURA RDX跨界休旅新車，此外應用同一技術的V6共軌柴油引擎也將在2010年問世。
至於汽油引擎陣容，有可能繼續搭載排氣量2.4升的自然進氣直四引擎，且將同時推出一具本體來自RDX的2.3升汽油渦輪增壓引擎，作為該車系全新動力旗艦的車款，最大馬力可能達到260hp以上。
