在以往大家一定會常常看見，汽車媒體針對新車進行各種的評選，選出各級距他們認為表現最好的車型，不過英國著名的汽車雜誌Auto Express，每年都會與汽車專家一同選出最值得購買的中古車型。
而今年在小型車的級距中，HONDA的Jazz再次掄元，這已經是Jazz連續第三年拿到此殊榮。
Jazz可以說是HONDA近年來最得意的作品之一，以緊致的車身尺碼，創造出多變且最為實用的車室空間，所搭載之動力系統，無論是1.2升汽油或是1.4升柴油引擎，都具有50 mpg的超低油耗，同時也兼具了環保的特性，都是Jazz備受讚揚的地方。
此外，Jazz於英國擁有極佳的保值性，較佳的中古車價，雖然買進的價格較高，不過相對脫手也更為容易；再加上日本車廠一貫的優異售後服務，更是讓歐、美車廠自嘆不如，綜觀Jazz全方面的表現，無怪乎它連年都得獎。
而除了Jazz外，另外兩輛推薦的車款分別FORD的Fiesta，以及MINI車系，擁有30年歷史的Fiesta車系，是歐洲極受歡迎的傳統歐系小車，其具有極為齊全的產品線，多樣的動力與車型，滿足不同預算的消費者，且耐用與高經濟性，都是他被推薦的理由。
至於MINI車系，雖然僅有三門設定，不過依其可愛的外型，論誰也無法抗拒，且極具經典性的特性，也讓它具有優異的保值性，此外，只要在保固期內，所有的售後服務都可以移轉至下一位車主，毋須擔心因買的是二手車，無法享有原有的服務，因此MINI也受到評審的青睞，列為推薦車款。
