    HONDA渴望獲利,全靠救世主新Fit?

整個HONDA四輪事業部的獲利全靠尚未誕生之新Fit?這是怎麼一回事?竟然要讓這款小型掀背車肩負重責大任?

被TOYOTA視為最可敬對手的HONDA,2007年第一季全球表現還算不錯,在北美、亞洲與歐洲總計成長7.7﹪、銷售達3652000輛成績下,日本市場卻呈現衰退,但受到國際原物料價格飆漲,獲利卻相對減少,尤其各國經銷商獲利都明顯降低,且日本仍有1萬多輛的庫存壓力,因此HONDA就將新Fit視為日本國內市場的救世主。

其實以日本市場來看,高齡少子化的現象日趨嚴重,再加上戰後嬰兒潮的「團塊世代」陸續從企業退休,與M型社會形成,民眾對於汽車的要求呈現兩極化,要不就是高單價的進口車與跑車,或者純粹代步用低價660cc輕型車,而一般消費者因養不起車讓房車與SUV很難銷售,反倒是小型車受到青睞,因此在現行 Fit年事已高、吸引力不再的情況下,HONDA可是相當期待新車型的問世。

據了解Fit的車身尺碼為3895×1695×1525mm,軸距達2450mm,動力上共有直四1.3升與1.5升兩種排氣量,在日本當地主力擺在1.3升,海外市場則以1.5升為主,因此像台灣、北美、歐洲等在2008年都會推出1.5升新Fit。基於是入門車型,也是消費者成為HONDA的基本門檻,因此HONDA對於望新Fit可是寄予厚,這也是何以說HONDA獲利與Fit有密切關係的緣故。
