裕隆通用汽車全新服務通路成軍以來，廣受車主之肯定與支持，在服務滿週年期間，特別針對忠實客戶，推出「CADILLAC/BUICK/OPEL珍愛老友回饋專案」，包含15項省油行車檢查及OPEL原廠零件降價回饋。除了透過各項省油行車檢查與保修優惠措施來減輕車主負擔外，更享有原廠零件的品質與服務。這是裕隆通用汽車成立後，持續強化對現有車主服務的具體行動展現。
為表達對老朋友的重視與關懷，本次裕隆通用汽車團隊以最大的誠意，自9月11日起至10月31日止，邀請車主為愛車預約回廠實施『行車省油大作戰』，除了有專業技師進行15項汽車省油性相關檢查外，亦免費提供新版行車電腦軟體升級之服務，不僅確保愛車維持最佳行車狀態，更希望經由本次檢查為車主看緊荷包，以減輕油價節節高漲的衝擊。同時，凡持DM回廠保養之客戶還可獲贈麥當勞禮券兩張。另外，活動期間還有一系列ACDelco車用保養品9折優惠，讓車主以更輕鬆的花費來保養愛車！
裕隆通用汽車將秉持著「你的車就是我的車」的服務理念來滿足顧客需求，持續投注資金與心力照顧車主與其愛車，保障行車安全並提供舒適行車享受。繼4月份推出Cadillac與Buick零件降價回饋專案獲得極大迴響後，再次取得德國OPEL奧援，以「OPEL原廠零件降價回饋專案」主動提供高品質與超值的保養及檢修服務，進一步強化客戶關係。
這次的「OPEL原廠零件降價回饋專案」，自9月1日起開始實施，零件價格平均降幅約15%，部分中高年式零件甚至達到30%之降幅，並提供OPEL全車系零件一年或兩萬公里的保固期。裕隆通用汽車期望以一系列具體優惠措施來回饋長期支持OPEL的老朋友
