    亞洲首試!HONDA跨級距新Accord戰力大提升(上)

在今年紐約車展中,HONDA推出全新世代的主力Accord,並在九月中旬於美國開始銷售,連帶也大幅提昇HONDA在當地的銷售成績,如今這款中大型房車,也預計在2008年第二季導入台灣進行國產化,排氣量共有2.0、2.4、3.5升三種設定。

雖然在日本與新Accord只有短暫的接觸,然而動態表現卻讓我印象深刻,尤其是新設計的動力引擎,輸出上也變得更為線性;再者內部空間的寬敞度,和外觀造型與座艙鋪陳,都明顯跳脫過去的個性化跑風,在中大型房車的內斂穩重下,依舊存在HONDA既有的運動細胞。六角型水箱護罩乃新Accord的最大特徵,前低後高的車身造型,與更為大氣的美感,在多處銳利線條的修飾下,新Accord比前一代更為沈穩,並具備和TOYOTA Camry、NISSAN Teana相抗衡的條件,當然與其他兩款對手相較,新Accord又更為動感,而非老態龍鍾,因此相當符合現代消費者的需求。

基於時間行程上的安排,日本原廠僅提讓我們上環形跑道以高速行駛兩圈,車款上為搭載直四2.4升和頂級的V6 3.5升兩具i-VTEC引擎,兩具引擎均與五速自排組合,無論是哪種心臟配置,都足以讓新Accord整體戰鬥力升級,且平順度更趨近於豪華房車的舒適性,且過去換檔時的頓挫感也消失無存,取而代之的是流暢度。雖然美規直四2.4升共有177hp和190hp兩種馬力輸出,但導入國產化則調校為180hp,這可是國產同級對手馬力輸出之最,而頂級的V6 3.5升的心臟,則沿用現行Legend的引擎,而馬力上國產化後則由268hp提升為280hp,這又破了台灣車壇的紀錄。

為了能親身體驗未來國產化的主力車型,我先選擇了直四2.4升車型,在進入高速環形跑道前,調整好座椅與後視鏡位置,當所有準備工作就緒後,啟動引擎,呵!怠速引擎運轉聲浪相當安靜,只聽見雨滴打在車體上的聲音,在現場人員的指示下,決定第一圈先和新Accord來個「溝通」,順道先瞭解一下Accord的特性;不過正因為是「Made by HONDA」,進入第一個彎道我就以時速130km/h直攻中央測試道,0-100km/h的加速相當驚人,推測約在9秒左右,且拜檔位綿密的變速系統所賜,速度與轉速的提升並沒有感覺到頓挫感。
