〈快訊〉HONDA泰國汽車整車廠慶祝累積生產一百萬輛新車

根據最新消息指出，日前HONDA日本原廠與位於泰國的整車廠（簡稱HATC），一同慶祝該廠建立以來投產的第一百萬輛新車正式下線，這第一百萬輛新車為不久前剛剛現地生產的東南亞版本第八代HONDA Accord新車。
根據本田技研工業原廠表示，該廠建立於1984年，日前已經累積生產達到一百萬輛汽車，此外HONDA泰國整車廠HATC今年前11個月累積生產新車更達到13萬輛左右，比2006年前11個月增加約114％，也成為建廠以來的最高紀錄，目前該廠年產量為12萬輛新車，而HATC第二廠區已經積極興建中，預計2008年第二季竣工試產，新廠逞投資金額達到230億日圓（約合新台幣65.6億元左右），預計該廠投產後HONDA位於泰國整車廠的汽車年產能將倍增為24萬輛。
