根據最新外電消息指出，在首度進軍北美市場的HONDA Fit成功闖出一片天後，日本HONDA 營運總部最近有了新的計畫發想！

北美已經成為HONDA在全球最重要的單一市場，除了原本就十分暢銷的Civic、Accord與CR-V之外，美規 Fit更成為日系小車先發部隊中的潛力股，第一代美規新車初試啼聲便遇上油價高漲等等有利因素因而大賣，在第二代美規車系推出後更締造暢銷熱潮，也促使HONDA思考讓更多日規優質車款或甚至原有日規限定版本，也應該放放洋。
根據我們率先取得的消息顯示，目前HONDA已經針對六款日規車系進行評估，其中包括Crossroad街頭風格跨界休旅車、Airwave小型運動化旅行車、Stream中型轎旅車，以及與美規全尺碼車型完全不同的運動化中型日規版本Odyssey等等。
當然油價高漲因素與經濟不景氣，也是促使老美開始對中小型乘用車與非傳統乘用車產生濃厚興趣的主因之一，或許在最快在11月份舉行的2008洛杉磯北美國際車展，答案就會逐步揭曉！
