強調為家庭而生，HONDA以NSX Concept-GT為自家HSHS系統宣傳

HONDA NSX乃是品牌旗下最為著名的性能車款，這點可說是無庸置疑的，即便在初代車型停產這麼多年之後，不但HONDA原廠將NSX的復活視為回歸品牌原始精神的指標，許多車迷也殷殷期盼後繼車款的到來，而NSX Concept-GT更將進軍日本Super GT賽事，進一步在量產車型現身之前炒熱話題。
不過NSX這塊金字招牌可說是相當好用，因為除了在汽車本業之外，HONDA更將它用在〝副業〞的宣傳上，看中的就是NSX的高知名度，而在HONDA最先的宣傳廣告當中，NSX Concept-GT依舊展現出它迷人的引擎聲浪，但這不是在賽車場上拼鬥，而是用來「煮開水」！藉此來強調HONDA的科技，都是為家庭而生！
事實上，這個廣告不是在賣車，而是在宣傳HONDA所開發的HSHS系統，齊全名為HONDA Smart Home System，這項計畫乃是與埼玉大學合作，此實驗性住宅，在屋頂架設大面積太陽能發電板，整合電廠的電力設施，提供家庭用電所需，更重要的是，為電動車提供經濟實惠的充電方式；雖說拿NSX來煮開水與HSHS做連結似乎有點扯太遠，但用車來煮開水這點子，卻真的是頗具創意。
