1999年款的NSX提供兩種車型: 基本款的NSX及NSX-T。99年的NSX基本上沒有什麼變化。
鋁合金車身的NSX是在日本由手工生產的，使得輸出到美國的99年NSX不到五百部。
NSX-T的可拆式硬頂是由鋁合金製成以減輕重量。而其底盤為了減輕重量，也是由鋁合金組成。選用配備的四速自排箱配上了三公升的V-6 VTEC引擎可提供252匹馬力。其SportShift手自排系統可由方向盤上的按鈕來換檔。99年 NSX最主要的改進為電腦控制的節流閥系統及可變輔助力道的動力方向盤。下列的配備則為標準配備:
六汽缸290匹馬力引擎
電子燃料噴射系統
六速手排
四輪碟式煞車付ABS
前座雙氣囊
雙A臂獨立懸吊
後車胎為P215/45ZR16跑車胎
