進攻性能市場！北美本田雙雙推出Civic與Accord Coupe的原廠改裝版！

本田家族素以承繼賽車廠上豐富經驗的造車工藝著稱於世，為了要強化這幾年北美市場上對於本田過於注重RV產品的疵議，也順便收服一下性能迷的芳心，最近本田北美總部變雙雙推出Civic與Accord雙門轎跑車的性能版本！
稱為FPP（Factory Package）的Accord Coupe，包含了有北美本田性能部門量身訂做的全車空力套件，以及包含賽車級性能調校的運動化懸吊，讓Accord Coupe FP的車身比原有版本足足低了一英吋，而17吋的鍛造鋁圈，搭配尺碼為215/50VR-17 的橫濱品牌低扁平比跑胎，而且不管是買2.3或是3.0升車型的消費者均可加價選配，而也還提供三年三萬英哩的原廠保固 ，售價方面字排款須加價4204美元，手排款則為3492美元。
Civic FP版本則是以Civic Coupe EX為基礎改裝而成，但僅限於手排車型，一樣擁有全車空力套件、賽車級內裝配置，16吋鍛造鋁圈與尺碼為205/50R-16橫濱低扁平比輪胎，售價則為3811美元，本田這項計畫的目的，當然是希望能收買性能迷的人心，更讓預算有限的消費者，在擁有賽車級動力改裝的同時，也能享受原廠保固與服務，想一想北美的消費者還真是幸福！
