日本心，美國情！HONDA Accord歡慶40歲生日！

今年是美國暢銷車款HONDA Accord車系的40周年慶，HONDA為了慶祝這傳奇車款的成功故事，也做了一系列的廣大宣傳行銷。就讓我們一同來回顧這款美國最暢銷車型的歷史吧！
40年前，HONDA將Accord引進美國之初，是輛主打著結合經濟油耗和駕駛樂趣的3門小型掀背車型。以現在標榜著HONDA大型房車的Accord來看，你肯定很難想像僅有68hp的初代Accord甚至比現行掀背車型Fit的軸距還要短上許多。
然而，在當時奉行「數大就是美」的美國汽車市場中，Accord的銷售數字並沒有想像中的好。即便起步慢了許多，但在過去40年的沿革、淬鍊下，今日的Accord已轉變成為美國當地最暢銷車款之一。這40年間，HONDA Accord光是在美國就賣出了高達1270萬的驚人銷售數字。而絕大多數的Accord車款，還是在美國當地製造的。
Accord讓HONDA得以在美國當地創下多項紀錄。HONDA自1982年開始，在美國俄亥俄州開始製造Accord車型，成為歷史上第一間擁有美製車型的日本車商。而後甚至成為第一間將美製車款銷售到海外的日本車廠。
根據一向美國當地的市場調查報告顯示，Accord不但是美國過去3年裡銷量最佳的零售車款；過去6年中，更有五年奪得最受35歲以下買家歡迎中型房車的光榮。擁有如此亮眼的銷售成績，無疑讓Accord成為HONDA相當具有代表性的車款之一。
如今Accord即將邁入問世以來的第40個年頭。HONDA為了慶祝，也為了讓更多人了解這款經典車系，更在Youtube上放上了2部Accord車系的回顧與宣傳影片，並期待著這傳奇性的Accord，帶領HONDA邁向下一個40年。
