以同級車最大空間、最大馬力的壓倒性優勢，在國內小型車佔有重要地位的HONDA CITY，在HONDA 汽車全新設計之下，以全新的造型、更優異的動力輸出與操控以及更實用的精緻配備，將於11月12日於HONDA汽車全國各展示中心珍惜登場。幾近大改款NEW HONDA CITY的全新上市，勢將引爆國內小型房車的另場爭奪戰。
CITY秉持HONDA汽車安全第一的家庭房車理念，承襲了HONDA汽車高精密的造車科技，構建了無接縫一體成型高鋼性車體及底盤，不但符合世界級安全撞擊最嚴苛的測試高標準，經過強化的左右大型片狀四門防側撞鋼樑，再搭配前後座三點式安全帶、304度的超寬廣安全前檔視野設計、亮麗晶鑽頭燈組合，紮實地架構了NEW HONDA CITY環遶全車乘員的安全防護罩。NEW HONDA CITY更超越同級車率先採用四輪碟煞(GX型)，而ABS防鎖定煞車系統，加上駕駛座SRS輔助氣囊以備不時之需，全年24小時保護全家人的安全。
所搭配的引擎，是源自於HONDA F-1的賽車科技結晶，全新的鋁合金高效能16氣門引擎，以PGM-Fi16位元微電腦控制燃油噴射系統，輕踩油門動能即源源不絕，立刻爆發出1500c.c.同級車中105PS的最大馬力，並能在4600轉時，發揮出13.7Kgm的強大扭力，有效增強爬坡、加速性能，而全新設計的ELCAT電子控制自動變速系統，讓NEW HONDA CITY在行進間升降換檔平順，在靜止起步時入檔震動小，KICK DOWN反應敏銳、順暢，瞬間加速強勁有力；同時，為因應台灣惡劣地形環境，NEW HONDA CITY搭配了長行程的前後獨立懸吊系統以及前、後防傾桿，速度感應式動力方向盤，對於過彎車身的穩定性、低速行車、巷道迴轉，反應更加的敏捷，行駛於市區、山路或是高速公路，無不順暢自如。
車長為4270mm，車寬為1690mm，車高為1375mm，營造出2500mm的超長軸距，創造了同級車中最大的車室空間，加上385公升的超大行李箱，不論是全家外出旅遊或是逛街購物，都能滿足全家人的需求。全新設計的旋鈕式高效率冷暖空調系統，搭配Ｏ3臭氧空氣清淨機，能夠改變車室內的氣候，純化車室氣味，創造最純淨的車室空間。
在配備上，更再次升級，優質核桃木紋旋鈕式中控台、核桃木紋電動窗開關飾板、TWO-TONE雙采皮椅、中控鎖、8片式高傳真CD音響、鏡座高音喇叭、晶鑽霧燈、雙層式中扶手附雙杯架等，充分呈現NEW HONDA CITY內外兼具的特點，不只是重視寬廣的車室空間、強大的動力性能、優質的操控表現，更兼具了優質的內裝質感與配備，處處顯示了NEW HONDA CITY的貼心，讓車主隨時都能感受到珍惜幸福的溫馨。
