HONDA於2004年推出了新世代轎式休旅車Edix，以獨特的雙排座六人座設定，在僅僅不到4.3公尺的車長中，創造驚人的車室空間，經過近一年，HONDA推出了全新年份的改款車型。
基本上全新年份的Edix，外型上並未有太大的改變，但追加了S-Package套件供消費者選擇，套件中包含了：HID氣體放電式頭燈、前霧燈，後尾翼、三幅真皮方向盤與HONDA智慧型鑰匙等配備。
除此之外，全車系也因應日本法規，追加頭燈水平調整機制，同時也將具語音辨識功能的HDD硬碟式多功能衛星導航系統，列為全車系選擇配備。其餘部分大多還是與原來車款相同。
新年份的Edix價格自178.5萬日圓至225.75萬日圓，月目標銷量為1500輛。
