東京車展預報 先進休旅風 HONDA ASM與KIWAMI首演

在HONDA的車型級距中，又即將出現兩款全新尺碼的產品。分別是即將在東京車展發表的中大型MPV－「ASM」以及全新混種Mini MPV概念車－「KIWAMI」；這代表HONDA更積極投身「家庭運動載具」的開發工程，使得「Sporty」與「Home Comfortable」兩者，不再是對立矛盾的元素。同時，更可藉此強化HONDA的產品陣容。
本屆東京車展，按照以往慣例，各家概念車精銳盡出，其中除了本屆車展精神所強調的「IC」及「環保科技」外，「運動」與「多功能載具」仍然是中心的主軸之一！特別是以運動車著名的HONDA本田，更將過去被視為「溫柔」的家庭用車，加入了「跑者」性格，使得男主人也能載著全家甚至親友，穩當的奔馳在大街小巷，而不必擔憂車輛無法同時提供舒適與駕駛樂趣。
為了實現這個理想，本田藉著「ASM」、這輛由HONDA嘗試製造的中大型MPV概念車種，來作為新世紀家庭載具的先鋒號。ASM的尺碼超越現行的日規Odyssey，車長5米有餘，車內並可乘坐8人，較為近似美規Odyssey（在日本稱為Lagreat）的水準。不過，ASM從外觀看來又比Lagreat來得高且寬，形體反而近似MAZDA MPV，而未來也將以其作為直接競爭對手。
雖然動力方面尚未公佈數據，但若以ASM作為美規Odyssey的後繼車，其心臟應可望配置3.0升i-VTEC引擎，動力輸出超過260hp的門檻。然而，就從外觀來判定，ASM的運動性能似乎不可能太過優異；但HONDA對此很有信心。畢竟，F1賽車科技的經驗，絕不會讓這東洋性能車掌門人跌股的！
另外，說到實現運動性能，「KIWAMI」這款車就毫無疑問的能達到以上的要求，低平扁到不能在扁的車身，讓人一時間混淆它的定位；又像MPV、又像SAV（BMW自創的名詞，代表運動型休旅車）、又像一輛寬扁的大型掀背房車…究竟要怎麼看這款新品種跨界產品，還真得到現場聽聽HONDA怎麼說明。
但是，至少可以肯定的是，黑色塗裝的車身，已經透露出KIWAMI絕不是一輛簡單而好惹的乖乖牌。再加上全車刻意「矮化」的手法，以及車頭橫條一體式頭燈組，也突顯出該車「非等閒善類」的個性，而它是否可能成為HONDA未來的大型運動房車，則有待展出後各方的意見與反映而定。請大家繼續鎖定AutoNer為您所做的後續報導。
